For massages booked with Hills Massage, the cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, there is no charge.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, there is a charge of $70. This charge covers the cost of paying the therapist as they are still paid in this circumstance.

• If you do not show up for your massage, there is a charge of $70. This charge covers the cost of paying the therapist as they are still paid in this circumstance.

• If you are making a booking for someone other than yourself, you will need to pre-pay the appointment.

 

We send out reminders via email and text the day before so that we can avoid any confusion. Please take note of these reminders and respond appropriately.

 

Please note that if you have been charged the $70 fee, you will need to pay this before we can book you in for further massages.

Exceptions

 

Given the current circumstances with COVID, we do accept that some people will need to cancel on short notice if they are unwell.

​

If you are an adult making a booking for a child, you will not be required to pay up front.
