Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours’ notice. We send out reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment via text and email.

Any cancellations occurring within 24 hours are subject to a fee of $70. IF we can fill the appointment from our waitlist, we will waive the fee

We understand that unexpected things happen – if you can’t give us 24 hours’ notice, please give us as much notice as possible – the more notice you give us, the more likely we will be able to fill your appointment with one of our wait-listed clients, and hence be able to ensure we can waive the cancellation fee.

 

No Show Policy.

 

A client that does not attend an appointment or gives notice of LESS than 2 hours will be billed for the FULL amount of the appointment ( 30 minute appointments will remain at $70)

If there are unavoidable circumstances such as a family emergency OR you have woken up or developed COVID like symptoms, the fee will be waived (at the discretion of Hills Massage)
