About Your Massage

Massages are performed on an electric massage table and can incorporate the back and neck, legs, arms, upper chest, hands and feet and/or stomach and face. You keep your undergarments on and are covered with a towel at all times. The natural oils used are locally sourced and we have options for those with allergies.

$5 surcharge applies for Sunday Massages

All therapists are members of Massage and Myotherapy Australia or Association of Massage Therapists.

All therapists also have Senior First Aid certificates.

We are covered by most major Health Insurance Funds

Michelle

Senior Remedial Massage Therapist

Michelle has a Diploma Of Remedial Massage, a Diploma of Applied Science- Nursing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Michelle was also the first Certified Yomassage therapist in Australia.

Treatments include Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Relaxation Vacuum Cupping and Kinesiology Taping.

Michelle has over 20 years massage experience and has been the owner/operator of Hills Massage since 2003. She is an accredited member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

With her Theatre Nursing background, Michelle completed the Diploma in Remedial Massage at Central Tafe with a Theory Merit Award.

Jackie

Remedial Massage Therapist

Jackie gained a Diploma in Remedial Massage through the Australian Institute of Fitness in January 2017 and still has interests in progressing her knowledge and skills.

Jackie has an affinity towards Myofascial release techniques and Trigger point therapy as well as Swedish/Relaxation massage; however still has experience with many other techniques to achieve a great result for each client she has. 

 

Jackie is a kind, hardworking, happy individual who has a genuine care for others and their well-being.

Soňa

Remedial Massage Therapist

Sona received her Diploma of Spiral Stabilization in 2014 and mostly operated in Europe. Since moving to Australia she has been studying the Diploma of Remedial Massage so that she complies with Australian standards. She is due to complete these studies in June 2020. With over 6 years of experience in soft tissue therapy, she loves helping clients improve their quality of life and focuses on their well-being.
   
Sona enjoys trigger point therapy, educating clients with stretches and strengthening exercises as well as relaxation massage and other techniques that help clients to promote full range of motion and a sense of freedom of movement in their bodies.

Sona continues to pursue her love of anatomy and study and is a great asset to the Hills Massage team.

Kalila

Remedial Massage Therapist

Kalila (Lila) recently completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage. 
Lila has also completed:

  • Cupping Certificate

  • Pregnancy Massage

  • RockTape application

  • Scar Tissue Massage

She has a holistic approach to health, also having a Diploma in Health Science (Naturopathy) and a strong interest in alternative medicine.

Kalila is mum to three kids and two dogs and loves to spend time in the garden and with family.

Leila

Remedial Massage Therapist

Leila has a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, graduating in 2021 from the Australian Institute of Fitness,

Leila enjoys incorporating relaxation techniques into her Remedial practice. Treatments include:

  • Trigger Point Therapy

  • Sports Massage 

  • Myofascial Cupping

  • Indian Head Massage

Leila is a kind, open minded individual who adapts each session to the person. With a keen interest for continuing to learn mind, body, emotional and spiritual aspects, she aspires to work in a holistic sense.

Leila has a family of 3 children, furry family included who enjoys spending time in nature and exploring all the world has to offer.

Ayesha

Remedial Massage Therapist

Ayesha takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, focusing on the connection between body and mind to support overall wellbeing. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance through individually tailored treatments.

Outside of the clinic, Ayesha values time spent on creative pursuits such as reading and drawing, as well as practicing her own self-care routines to stay grounded and inspired. This balance allows her to bring both skill and empathy into every treatment she provides.
