Existing vouchers will continue to be honoured until their listed expiry date.

Why have we stopped selling gift vouchers?

A few years ago, the rules around gift vouchers changed to mandate that they be valid for 3 years.
Over the life of a gift voucher, the business who sold the voucher has to hold that value for the customer. In essence,​​

the business is a debtor of the voucher holder. With a three year lifespan, the total value of unpresented vouchers
starts to add up. There are things that you can do to manage this, but there is an administrative overhead. 
For us, the cost of managing that debt overtook the value of this service. 
So we took the difficult decision to remove the service.
